Implementation & Training
Bizmatics aims to make the transition to PrognoCIS as easy as possible for our clients, whether they are first-time EMR users or experienced electronic charters switching over from a different EMR. To facilitate the transition, we assign all healthcare professionals a qualified implementation manager. This specialist’s job includes:
- Gathering pertinent information such as provider demographics, NPI number and Surescripts DEA number
- Coordinating the implementation of billing and lab interfaces
- Helping physicians get the EMR set up to match their practice’s workflow
- Training a point of contact at the practice on how to use the EMR

Resource Center
Bizmatics’ provides healthcare professionals with a wealth of information to keep training and learning more about PrognoCIS once their implementation period is over. All PrognoCIS clients have access to the e-tools in the online Resource Center, such as step-by-step instructions, tutorials, preloaded videos, webinars, and more. These materials allow physicians and staff to train independently – at their own pace and on their own time.
Support
For PrognoCIS users who are current on their annual contract and require additional assistance beyond the Resource Center, Bizmatics offers unlimited support through our tech support department. Our support technicians are equipped with the tools to meet both simple and complex challenges, from helping users set their software up for the required Meaningful Use Stage 1 elements to adding a new provider to the EMR.
